Antonio Filosa is Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Stellantis. He is also responsible for North America & American Brands.

He has led Stellantis in both North and South America as well as in Global Quality and has served as CEO of the Jeep_® brand.

Filosa has extensive experience in purchasing and manufacturing operations, as well as overall business management and strategy.

He joined the Fiat Group in 1999 where he assumed roles of increasing responsibility, including plant manager of the Betim facility (Brazil) and Head of Purchasing for the Latin America region.

Filosa also served as the Head of Argentina as well as the Head of Alfa Romeo and Maserati brands for the Latin America region, positions he held from 2016 and 2018, respectively.

He served as COO for FCA’s Latin America region and was a member of the FCA Group Executive Council from March 2018.

Filosa holds a master’s degree in engineering from Politecnico di Milano (Italy) and an executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral (Brazil).

Emanuele Cappellano is responsible for Enlarged Europe & European Brands and Stellantis Pro One, the Company’s commercial vehicles business unit. He is a member of the Stellantis Leadership Team.

From 2023, he led Stellantis South America, following two years at Marcolin – a global leader in the eyewear industry – where he served as North America CEO and Group Strategy & Corporate Development Director.

Until September 2021, Cappellano served as Chief Financial Officer & Head of Financial Services at Stellantis South America. He participated actively in the Fiat-Chrysler merger in Europe – while working in the commercial area of the EMEA region – as well as the merger between FCA and Groupe PSA which led to the creation of Stellantis.

During his career at FCA, he served as a board member, president, and advisor and held senior finance positions in areas such as Commercial, Product, Investment, Industrial, and Operations. He joined FCA in 2002 and started working in South America in 2014.

Cappellano has a degree in business economics with an emphasis in finance from the University of Venice and a master’s in accounting management and corporate finance from the University of Turin.

Herlander Zola is responsible for the South America region and a member of the Stellantis Leadership Team.

Prior to this assignment, he was the Head of Commercial Operations for Stellantis Brazil and Light Commercial Vehicles for South America.

Zola began his career at Volkswagen Brazil in 2000 and later held senior marketing positions at both BMW and Audi in Brazil.

He joined Fiat Chrysler Automobiles in 2017, with responsibility for the Fiat brand in Latin America. One year later, he added responsibility for the brand’s commercial operations in Brazil.

Zola then served as VP of the Fiat and Abarth brands for South America, and later as Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations for Fiat, Jeep, Ram, Peugeot and Citroën Brazil.

Zola has a degree in Business Administration and a postgraduate degree in Marketing Management from USCS, an MBA in Marketing from FIA/USP and a specialization in Leadership from London Business School.

Samir Cherfan is responsible for Middle East & Africa and Micromobility, and a member of the Stellantis Leadership Team.

Cherfan has broad experience across the automotive value chain, including roles in R&D, manufacturing, product & program management, and sales and marketing for various automotive groups.

He began his career at Renault Group in 1992, holding a variety of management roles over the next 11 years in research, engineering, module development, and production. He then spent seven years in the program management department and became program director for mid-range models designed for international markets. In 2010, he moved to the front line as Managing Director of the Eastern Paris retail network at Renault Retail Group.

In 2012, he joined Nissan Group in the Middle East, as Sales and Marketing Director before being appointed Managing Director one year later.

Cherfan joined Groupe PSA in 2017 as SVP Sales and Marketing for the Middle East and Africa region (MEA). In 2019, he was appointed Director of the MEA Region and Executive Vice President. He also headed the cross-functional industrial and commercial diversity reduction team.

He is an engineer and graduate of Polytech Sorbonne in Paris, France.

Grégoire Olivier is responsible for the China and Asia-Pacific region and a member of the Stellantis Leadership Team.

Prior to this, he was Head of China Strategy. He was previously also responsible for the Stellantis Liaison Office to Leapmotor (from November 2023) and Chief Operating Officer for China from 2021.

He began as a civil servant in the French Ministry of Industry in 1984 and was appointed advisor to the Prime Minister for Industry and Environment in 1990.

From 1992 to 1998, he worked for Pechiney, first as General Manager of Aluminium of Greece, then from 1995 as Chicago plant manager and subsequently Vice President of American National Can.

From 1998 to 2000, Olivier was head of the Electronics Division of the battery manufacturer SAFT before being appointed General Manager of the Company.

He was appointed CEO of the electronics company SAGEM in 2001, which became SAFRAN in 2006.

Olivier joined PSA in 2006, as CEO of Faurecia. He joined the PSA Executive Committee as SVP of Programs and Strategy in 2007 and moved to China in 2010 as SVP of China and South-East Asia. In 2016, he was named SVP of Mobility Services, and became General Secretary for Groupe PSA in 2018, in addition to supervising Chinese activities from April 2020 onwards.

He is a graduate of École Polytechnique (France), holds an engineering degree from École des Mines de Paris and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Davide Mele is responsible for Product Planning and a member of the Stellantis Leadership team.

Prior to June 2025, he was Head of Programs & Product Planning. In 2022, he was made Head of Global Parts & Services having served as Deputy COO for Enlarged Europe from the creation of Stellantis in January 2021.

He joined Fiat Group in 2001 as a Senior Auditor and held various roles of increasing responsibility in Europe, North America and LATAM, serving as head of Group and North America Platform Finance & CapEx; Financial Planning & Analysis; Chief Financial Officer and Head of Business Development for LATAM and then Deputy COO for LATAM leading the launch of Jeep for the region.

In 2018, he was appointed Deputy COO for FCA’s EMEA Region, focusing on brands, leading the electrification challenge, and on business development, with the merger between FCA and Groupe PSA.

Mele holds a degree in management engineering and industrial management from Politecnico di Torino (Italy).

Ned Curic is responsible for Product Development & Technology and a member of the Stellantis Leadership Team.  

From June 2017, he was Vice President, Alexa Automotive at Amazon spearheading Amazon’s efforts in the Automotive industry.

Curic started his career in 1996 in the field of Engineering Systems at Northrop Grumman, an American multinational aerospace and defense technology company.

After a short stint in the financial industry, in 2000 he joined Microsoft where he held various roles in Consulting, Product, Security and Advisory.

He entered the automotive sector in 2013, as Group Vice President & Chief Technology Officer at Toyota Motor North America and, in 2015, became Co-founder and Executive Vice-President, Technical Director and Board Member at Toyota Connected.

Curic studied Informatics and Computer Science, and received a Master’s in Business Administration from Pepperdine University’s George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management in 2012.

Sébastien Jacquet is responsible for Quality and a member of the Stellantis Leadership Team.

Jacquet is a seasoned automotive engineering professional with over two decades of experience at Groupe PSA and Stellantis. His career has been marked by significant contributions to the international expansion of Groupe PSA, particularly in China, where he worked for eight years at two automotive joint ventures.

His expertise spans automotive engineering, project management, and leadership in a global environment. He has held various key positions including, since 2023, Deputy to the Chief Engineering and Technology Officer, Cross Car Line & Project Engineering at Stellantis in France. Prior to this, he held increasing levels of responsibility within the project engineering, R&D and Quality teams at Stellantis and Groupe PSA.

He graduated with a master’s degree in engineering from the École Polytechnique in Paris and a master’s in civil engineering from the University of California (Los Angeles). Jacquet also has an Executive MBA from INSEAD in 2016.

Monica Genovese is responsible for Purchasing and a member of the Stellantis Leadership Team.

Prior to this, she had global responsibility for Direct Material Purchasing for several commodity groups, including Chassis & Adaptation and Powertrain.

Genovese joined Fiat Group in 1995 working first in Manufacturing and then, in 1999, started her path in Purchasing with roles of increasing responsibility.

She joined the Parts & Services division in 2006 and was named Parts Supply Chain Operations Director in 2008 with responsibility for activities in Europe, South America and Asia. In 2011, she became Head of Parts Supply Chain Operations and Purchasing for Fiat’s EMEA Region.

In 2015, she became Head of FCA Purchasing for the EMEA Region, a position she held until the merger with Groupe PSA in 2021.

Genovese has a master’s degree in electronic engineering from Politecnico di Torino (Italy).

Scott Thiele is responsible for Supply Chain and a member of the Stellantis Leadership Team. In May 2026, he was also assigned responsibility for the Global AI Transformation Office.

Prior to June 2025, he served as Senior Vice President, North America Commercial Performance, Cost, and Supply Chain.

Thiele started his career at Whirlpool Corporation where he held a number of positions in purchasing and engineering, becoming a global procurement leader overseeing the development of global commodity strategies.

He joined Chrysler Group in 2007 as lead purchasing executive for raw materials and stamping and subsequently held a series of leadership positions in the Finance and Purchasing organizations. In 2012, he led the development of a global finance platform strategy to identify areas where the company could improve its standardization efforts. Subsequently, he was responsible for all vehicle and powertrain capital expenditures on a global basis.

From 2016 until 2018, he was Chief Purchasing Officer for Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. From 2019 through 2020, he led the integration of the North America Purchasing and Supply Chain organization. From 2020 through 2022, he led the North America Portfolio Planning Organization. Thiele led the creation of the Strategic Technology Partnership organization within the Engineering and Technology organization from 2022 through 2024.

Thiele holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Notre Dame. He also earned a Master of Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Management degree from Ashland University.

Francesco Ciancia is responsible for Manufacturing and a member of the Stellantis Leadership Team.

Before returning to Stellantis in 2025, he was Head of Mercedes-Benz Vans Operations in Stuttgart, Germany, from 2022, successfully initiating the transformation of its production network.

Ciancia joined Fiat in 2001 and held roles of increasing responsibility in manufacturing, including several positions at the Sata Melfi and Cassino plants in Italy, manager of the Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) facility in Kragujevac, Serbia; head of Manufacturing for FCA Latin America; and head of EMEA Manufacturing for Maserati and Premium Brands.

With the creation of Stellantis in 2021, he was named Head of Manufacturing for the Low-Mid segment for Enlarged Europe and Maserati.

Ciancia has a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Torino in Italy and an Executive MBA from POLIMI Graduate School of Management.

Joao Laranjo is Chief Financial Officer (CFO), with responsibility for Financial Services, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. He is a member of the Stellantis Leadership Team.

He also serves as CFO for Stellantis North America, having rejoined Stellantis in early 2025 under the Company’s new management.

Laranjo began his career at General Electric in 2001, serving as Associate Auditor and later as Controller for GE Healthcare in South America.

In 2009, he joined FCA as Chief Accounting Officer for Latin America, rising to Chief Financial Officer for the region, where he was pivotal in financial transformation and regional growth.

In 2017, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Stellantis North America.

In 2024, Laranjo joined Goodyear as Vice President of Finance, leading the Americas Finance organization.

He holds an MBA from IBMEC in Brazil and is a graduate of the Advanced Finance Program at The Wharton School.

Xavier Chéreau is responsible for Human Resources, Sustainability and IT. He also serves as a member of the Stellantis Leadership Team.

He has mainly built his career within the field of HR and has alternated between the head office and operations activities within different sites and divisions. These have included R&D, manufacturing and support functions, as well as running the prototype activity for three years.

Chéreau joined Groupe PSA in 1994 and subsequently held the position of Employment & Mobility Manager for Europe. He went on to become Social Relations Manager at the Poissy plant in France and then Head of Social Innovation and Management Institute for the group.

In 2006, he was appointed Vice President, Director of Human Resources and Social Relations for the Trémery and powertrain plants. In 2009, he was appointed Senior Vice President, Industrial and R&D Division Human Resources. In 2010, he also took operational responsibility for the Engineering testing resources of the R&D department. From 2014 to 2015, he was Director of Human Resources Development, Talents and Top Management.

In 2015, Chéreau was appointed Executive Vice President of Human Resources for the Group and member of the Global Executive Committee. In 2018, he was appointed Director of Human Resources and Transformation, a division that includes the Digital, IT and Real Estate departments, and from 2020, Compliance and Audit.

Chéreau has a Bachelor’s in Economic Management and a Master’s in Human Resources (Employment Management & Corporate Social Development) from the Institut Sciences Politiques de Paris, France.

Clara Ingen-Housz is responsible for Corporate Affairs & Communications and a member of the Stellantis Leadership Team.

Before joining Stellantis in 2024, she served as Chief Ethics, Compliance & Privacy Officer and Group Legal Counsel for Competition Law, Anticorruption and Economic Sanctions at Saint-Gobain starting in 2019.

From 2010, Ingen-Housz was based in Hong Kong where, as a partner at Linklaters, she led the firm’s Asia Pacific competition law practice. Previously, she practiced law in New York for 10 years at Sullivan & Cromwell and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, focusing on antitrust and international arbitration. For two years, she was also a member of the European Commission’s Legal Service (Competition team) in Brussels.

A French and Dutch national, Ingen-Housz is a graduate of Paris II-Panthéon Assas School of Law in Paris and Harvard Law School in the U.S. She also holds an economics degree from Sciences Po in Paris. Clara is admitted to the New York, Paris and Hong Kong Bars.

Ralph Gilles is Chief Design Officer and a member of the Stellantis Leadership Team.

Previously, he had design responsibility for the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep_®, Ram, Maserati and FIAT (for Latin America) brands.

He joined Chrysler Corporation in 1992 as a designer and held roles of increasing responsibility at both Chrysler and then FCA, including Senior Vice President – Product Design; President and CEO, Dodge Car Brand; President and CEO, SRT Brand and Motorsports.

In 2015, he was appointed Chief Design Officer for FCA and a member of the FCA Group Executive Council.

Gilles has earned numerous academic and industry awards, including the 2023 EyesOn Design Lifetime Achievement Award, Michigan State University Eli Broad Graduate School of Management Young Alumni Achievement Award, Automotive Hall of Fame Young Leadership & Excellence Award, NV Magazine Innovation Award, Black Engineer of the Year President’s Award and the N’Digo Foundation N’Design Award.

He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial Design from the College for Creative Studies, where he also serves on the Board of Trustees. He also holds an MBA from Michigan State University.

Olivier François is responsible for Marketing and reports directly to the CEO. In addition, he is CEO of the Fiat and Abarth brands.

He previously also served as CEO of DS Automobiles.

He has extensive work experience in business operations, sales and marketing including brand development and strategy.

Before joining Fiat in 2005, François worked in positions of increasing responsibility at Citroën.

He was the lead executive for the Lancia brand, a position he was named to in September 2005.

To enhance FCA brand effectiveness and further strengthen synergies within the company, from January 2009 to March 2013, François was the head of Brand Marketing Communication with responsibility for coordinating communication activities for all brands.

In October 2009, François was appointed President and CEO for the Chrysler brand, Chrysler Group LLC. He joined the company from Fiat Group Automobiles, where he was President and CEO for the Lancia brand. He was also the lead marketing executive at Chrysler Group with responsibility for marketing strategies, brand development and advertising for the Chrysler Group and Fiat Group Automobiles brands.

He was appointed Head of Fiat brand and Chief Marketing Officer and named a member of the FCA Group Executive Council in September 2011.

François holds a degree in economy, finance and marketing from Dauphine University (Paris) and a diploma from the IEP (Institute des Sciences Politiques) (Paris).

Alison Jones is global head of Customer Journey Excellence and Aftersales, reporting directly to the CEO.

From June 2025, she was responsible for Parts & Services and Circular Economy, a role also reporting directly to the CEO, having previously served as Chief Parts and Services Officer from 2025 and, prior to that, head of the Circular Economy Business Unit from 2022.

Prior to that, she was Group Managing Director for Stellantis UK. At the same time, from 2021 to 2023, she also served as President of the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT) in the UK, representing the industry.

Jones served as Group Managing Director UK and Senior Vice President Groupe PSA from February 2019 and has held a variety of senior management positions within the automotive industry, including Volkswagen MD UK, Audi Sales Director, and Volkswagen Group Aftersales and Customer Quality Director, moving between different disciplines over 30 years in strategic and operational roles.

Jones is a Vice President of the Institute of Customer Service, a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and qualified Chartered Manager through the Chartered Management Institute.

Giorgio Fossati is General Counsel and reports directly to the CEO.

He has an extensive background and deep experience as General Counsel and Secretary of the Board of Directors.

Fossati worked in positions of increasing responsibility in the legal departments at Fiat S.p.A. and Iveco S.p.A.

Giorgio Fossati served as General Counsel for Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. (FCA) since 2011. He also held the title of General Counsel for FCA’s Europe, Middle East and Africa region. Previously, he was General Counsel for Fiat Group Automobiles S.p.A.

He currently also serves on the Boards of Directors of FCA Partecipazioni S.p.A., Fiat Chrysler Risk Management S.p.A., FCA Poland S.A. and FCA Group Marketing S.p.A.

Fossati holds a master’s degree from the University of Turin School of Law (Italy).

Silvia Vernetti was appointed responsible for Joint Ventures and Strategic Plan implementation in May 2026 and reports directly to the CEO.

Previously, she was head of the Global Corporate Office, a position she held from the creation of Stellantis in January 2021, and Business Development.

She serves as a non-executive director on the boards of TOFAS, ACC, Aramis, and Teksid.

Vernetti has significant experience in strategic planning and business development, as well as financial management.

She held consultant roles at Bain & Company (Italy) and Andersen Consulting prior to joining Fiat S.p.A in 2004, where she was responsible for Business Development and Joint Venture Coordination for Fidis, the Company’s consumer finance unit.

Vernetti served as the Head of Business Development for FCA’s EMEA Region from 2009 and Head of FCA Serbia from 2011. During this period, she also led the Fiat Group Auto Alliances Management & Strategic Planning function where she managed alliances with key industrial partners.

She was Global Head of Jeep Finance, a position she was named to in March 2018.

Vernetti holds a master’s degree in engineering from Polytechnic University of Catalunya (Barcelona).

Virgilio Cerutti is responsible for Business Development and Partnerships and reports directly to the CEO. As of July 2023, he also serves as CEO of Teksid S.p.A., a Stellantis subsidiary.

Prior to his current role, he was Head of Group M&A for Stellantis.

Prior to Stellantis, Cerutti was responsible for Business Development Central Coordination at FCA, supporting the Group’s Top Management on key topics including Strategy, Business Development and M&A.

Cerutti’s other roles within FCA included Global Head of Business Development for Magneti Marelli, where he also served as CEO and General Manager for several of Magneti Marelli’s Business Lines (Powertrain & Electronics, Suspension, Shock Absorbers, Plastic Components & Modules) and Regions (Latin America) based in Milan, Turin and São Paulo.

At Fiat Group, which he joined in 1998, he held several positions including Deputy Head of Fiat Group Purchasing and then Global Head of Purchasing for Powertrain and Electronics (including Iveco and CNH), Vice President Corporate Initiatives, Global Six Sigma Program Manager, HR Manager and HR Head of Group Organizational Development.

Before joining Fiat Group, he worked at Lear Corporation, Officine Giordano and Trade Component Systems.

Cerutti holds a postgraduate MBA from Bologna Business School, a master’s degree from the University of Turin, and is a former Adjunct Professor at the Politecnico di Torino.
