Virgilio Cerutti is responsible for Business Development and Partnerships and reports directly to the CEO. As of July 2023, he also serves as CEO of Teksid S.p.A., a Stellantis subsidiary.
Prior to his current role, he was Head of Group M&A for Stellantis.
Prior to Stellantis, Cerutti was responsible for Business Development Central Coordination at FCA, supporting the Group’s Top Management on key topics including Strategy, Business Development and M&A.
Cerutti’s other roles within FCA included Global Head of Business Development for Magneti Marelli, where he also served as CEO and General Manager for several of Magneti Marelli’s Business Lines (Powertrain & Electronics, Suspension, Shock Absorbers, Plastic Components & Modules) and Regions (Latin America) based in Milan, Turin and São Paulo.
At Fiat Group, which he joined in 1998, he held several positions including Deputy Head of Fiat Group Purchasing and then Global Head of Purchasing for Powertrain and Electronics (including Iveco and CNH), Vice President Corporate Initiatives, Global Six Sigma Program Manager, HR Manager and HR Head of Group Organizational Development.
Before joining Fiat Group, he worked at Lear Corporation, Officine Giordano and Trade Component Systems.
Cerutti holds a postgraduate MBA from Bologna Business School, a master’s degree from the University of Turin, and is a former Adjunct Professor at the Politecnico di Torino.
