Stellantis is committed to offering a wide range of Low Emission Vehicles (LEV) and mild hybrid solutions, designed to meet various customer needs and expectations.
Additionally, we believe that transitioning to EVs should be simple and seamless. That means offering affordable EVs, efficient and lasting battery technology and a comprehensive charging network.
Seamless Access to Low Emission Mobility for All
We are committed to carbon net zero objectives
The key to achieving our carbon net zero ambitions lies in transitioning to a low carbon product portfolio. All Stellantis brands are committed to delivering top-tier electrified solutions. Central to our product strategy are our multi-energy platforms, primarily driven by four STLA BEV-native, multi-energy platforms. These platforms cover a wide range of transportation needs, from city cars to trucks and light commercial vehicles. They are designed with high flexibility and component sharing, delivering significant economies of scale.

We are developing alternative fuel solutions
Alternative fuels play an important role in our strategy to reduce emissions. Ethanol, a renewable fuel of biological origin, is used in flex-fuel vehicles produced by Stellantis in South America. These vehicles run on various gasoline/ethanol blends.
We are expanding our EV offer to improve accessibility
Stellantis’ Pro One commercial vehicle business is leading the EV market in Europe and South America with a wide electrified lineup that meets all professional needs. This lineup includes vans and pickups with second-generation electrification options and full connectivity.
And Citroën’s new ë-C3 offers an accessible entry-level electric vehicle, providing a range of 320 km and a fast-charging battery.
Additionally, in 2024 Leapmotor International, a 51/49 Stellantis-led company, began selling affordable and innovative EVs in nine European countries, the Middle East & Africa, Asia Pacific, and South America.
We are making charging easier
Stellantis is accelerating electric vehicle adoption through its Free2move Charge ecosystem, which makes charging easy and accessible for everyone. The system is built on the “easy to Always Be Charged” (e-ABC) promise, offering integrated hardware, software, and services to address range anxiety and ensure a seamless EV experience whether at home, work, or on the go.
Free2move Charge is organized into three key pillars: Free2move Charge Home provides smart home chargers and tailored installation, Free2move Charge GO delivers access to a vast public charging network across Europe and North America, and Free2move Charge Business supports fleet electrification with turnkey solutions and unified management.
Stellantis also collaborates with leading partners to expand fast charging options in Europe and North America, including the IONNA joint venture to build high-speed charging infrastructure for battery electric vehicles in the U.S. and Canada. In addition, Stellantis signed an agreement with Tesla to open access for Stellantis BEV customers to the Tesla supercharging network from January 2026.
We are improving battery energy efficiency to increase range autonomy
Stellantis is advancing battery technologies by enhancing energy density, reducing weight, and lowering costs, while also establishing a circular economy for the production and recycling of batteries used in hybrid and electric vehicles. Additionally, we are working with startup partners such as Factorial, Lyten, Zeta Energy, and Tiamat to develop advanced solid-state, lithium-sulfur and sodium-ion chemistries for better electric vehicle performance and sustainability.
Customers often have concerns about the state of the battery in a pre-owned electric vehicle. With the Stellantis Battery State of Health for EVs, we help dealers better reassure customers about the state of their used EV and reduce turnover time on these vehicles.
