Boosting Skills and Empowering Talent

Stellantis is committed to creating a work environment where employees can develop their employability and careers. We value everyone’s unique contribution and promote equal opportunity, focusing on results and accountability to meet evolving market needs.

We prioritize open dialogue and meaningful social interaction to build a learning culture that adapts to the rapidly changing industry. Our goal is to equip employees with the skills needed to lead Stellantis’ transformation, making our workforce more agile and committed to future opportunities.

Everybody Can Thrive, Grow, and Perform

We promote equal opportunities

Stellantis is dedicated to creating a merit-based, discrimination-free environment where everyone’s contribution is valued. We use unbiased recruitment training, data-driven assessments, and we have implemented a global talent management policy to ensure consistent hiring and uphold non-discrimination practices. Our employees are made aware of these principles and practices through regular required training and certification of adherence to these standards.

We support skills anticipation and development

In 2024, Stellantis signed a new European Works Council Agreement to engage employees in conversations on skills evolution and workforce transformation.

We also invest in specialized academies, such as the Data and Software Academy, offering structured upskilling and reskilling opportunities in a 24/7, digital/metaverse-style learning environment, as well as an Electrification Academy.

Stellantis supports employees who want to enhance their skills by themselves. On top of mandatory training, a wide training offer is available and searchable by employees themselves, covering topics like human rights or ethical behavior.

Finally, we actively recruit global tech talent for our five tech hubs, ensuring we bring in essential skills to drive our future in mobility.

We encourage team innovation

The Stellantis Genius Awards honor innovative inventions and technological advancements from Stellantis employees. Employee innovations are recognized throughout the year, culminating in a final contest where a panel of experts evaluates nominees based on originality, customer value, and future development potential.

Star*Up, our global intrapreneurship program, inspires a consumer-first approach and entrepreneurial energy, empowering Stellantis employees to create pioneering mobility solutions that transform the way the world moves.

We support initiatives led by employees

Stellantis Motor Citizens, active in all of our operating regions, provides employees with opportunities to volunteer in environmental and community projects. Through this initiative, 6,000 Stellantis colleagues volunteered nearly 23,000 hours in 2024. Finally, through STEP (Stellantis Employees for the Planet) – one of our three global business resource groups – we encourage dialogue and training between engaged employees and Stellantis leadership, promoting collective action on sustainability.
