Employee wellbeing, health and safety are top priorities for Stellantis. This commitment is embodied in the Company’s We All Care Commitment and closely monitored.
Wellbeing, Health and Safety involves fostering a culture where we take care of ourselves and each other. This includes creating environments that promote physical, mental, and emotional wellness, encouraging preventive care, and prioritizing shared responsibility for safe, respectful workplaces.
Managers are directly responsible for ensuring workplace safety, as well as promoting motivation and the overall mental and physical health of their employees.

Respect for human rights is integral to our values and forms a core part of our corporate identity.
Our processes help us uphold our global commitment to human rights, and fair and safe work conditions. We maintain rigorous safety standards across all operations
At Stellantis, safety is the responsibility of all. From team leaders to new hires, each Stellantis team member has a role to play in keeping our workplace safe and productive. We enforce strict safety protocols for all employees, contractors, and visitors at all sites, including application of standards and risk assessments before work begins. Regular audits ensure compliance, and our global program aims to prevent serious injuries with specific action plans for high-risk activities. As a result, our lost-time injury frequency rate (LTIR) is less than 1 per 1,000,000 hours worked (0.92) in 2024.

We enhance safety through innovative technology
Stellantis invests in advanced safety technologies, including AI-driven tools and digital twins for real-time monitoring. These innovations help prevent accidents, while 3D vision tools support accuracy in manufacturing, fostering a safer and more efficient work environment.
We are committed to a fair and inclusive workplace
We aim to create a workplace that is fair and inclusive, without favoritism, violence, harassment, or discrimination of any kind, including based on age, race, gender, sexual orientation, or religion.
Our teams reflect the diversity of our customers and communities, and inclusion is incorporated in all stages of our Employee Experience. Our talent development approach embeds the diverse development needs of our employees, both now and for the future based on individual needs.
Business Resource Groups are supported to provide access to all employees, create value, support communities, and foster a sense of belonging. The “Women of Stellantis” resource group, for example, promotes gender equality and career opportunities, while the “Diverse.abilities” resource group supports and advocates for employees with disabilities, aiming to break down barriers and eliminate pre-conceptions.
