Fostering Dialogue for Sustainable Mobility
Stellantis envisions a future of sustainable mobility by promoting dialogue with citizens, driving systemic change, and enabling innovative solutions.
Through collaboration and debate, we seek to inspire transformative mobility approaches for all.
Freedom of Mobility Must Be Reimagined
We consistently engage with communities and their representatives to gain insights into their perspectives and integrate them into our decision-making processes. This involves regular consultations and establishing transparent communication channels to ensure community voices are heard and respected. To learn more about our commitments, read our Stakeholder Engagement Policy and our Climate Policy Report.
We are also dedicated to transparency, collaboration, and respect in our engagement with employees through constructive dialogue with works councils.

We prioritize integrity and transparency
The Stellantis Integrity Helpline is a comprehensive and confidential tool to assist our stakeholders in reporting concerns or seeking guidance on our Code of Conduct or other corporate policies.
The Helpline allows employees, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to report concerns about situations inconsistent with our Code of Conduct. This includes concerns related to vehicle safety, emissions or regulatory compliance, conflicts of interest, or gifts that are an exception to the Gift Giving and Receiving Procedure. It is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in 21 languages at this link.
We give citizens a voice in the mobility debate
In 2023, Stellantis established the Freedom of Mobility Forum to engage all stakeholders in the debate on the future of mobility. This international initiative brings together problem-solvers from industry, academia, government, and civil society for fact-based discussions. The Forum challenges the status quo, expands perspectives, and identifies ways to enable safe, affordable, and sustainable mobility. Students from universities are also invited to contribute to this global conversation. The 2024 debate featured five panelists, three universities, and registered over 3,600 live connections. In 2025, the Forum aims to connect with different stakeholders by holding public participation with a regional and sector-driven approach.
We advance access to electric mobility
With the goal of accelerating the shift to electric mobility, Stellantis launched Free2move Charge in June 2023, an integrated ecosystem of energy and charging solutions designed to make it easy to always be charged, anytime and anywhere. Through our partnership with Atlante, we are developing an extensive network of public Fast and Ultra-Fast EV chargers across Southern Europe. Additionally, in North America we are collectively installing 30,000 high-powered chargers in collaboration with BMW, GM, Honda, Hyundai, Kia, and Mercedes-Benz through the IONNA venture.
We advocate for shared mobility solutions
Our Free2move business provides car-sharing services and conducts initiatives to educate customers about sustainable transportation. Additionally, we collaborate with local authorities to promote car sharing in several European countries:
- In Spain, we are founding partners of the “Asociación de Vehículos Compartidos en España” (AVCE). We also launched the first Spanish Carsharing Barometer and collaborate with the Spanish EV Association (AEDIVE).
- In Italy, partnerships with Assosharing, ANIASA and Assolombarda have supported smart mobility initiatives and coordinated efforts among car-sharing companies.
