We commit to responsible and ethical sourcing
We are dedicated to eliminating child and forced labor in our supply chain. Stellantis and its suppliers prioritize responsible mineral sourcing and adhere to the OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) Conflict Mineral Due Diligence Guidelines. Stellantis aims to reduce the use of raw materials with environmental and social risks and ensures that legal business activities are not harmed by avoiding illegally obtained minerals. We promote responsible sourcing globally and require suppliers to address concerns and find alternative sources if necessary.
We respect indigenous rights and land
We recognize that protecting indigenous land, territory, and resource rights is essential to preventing displacement and preserving community roles. Stellantis supports the principle that recognized Indigenous Peoples must be properly informed and consulted before consenting to land use that may affect their rights. Our Free, Prior and Informed Consent (FPIC) policy applies to Stellantis’ direct operations and promotes similar practices across our supply chain. The Company monitors the application of FPIC policies and in active dialogue with stakeholders in high-risk communities.
