We support education and philanthropy
Stellantis Philanthropy is dedicated to promoting quality education for young people facing economic and social challenges in the communities where Stellantis operates, empowering them to shape their future and achieve their dreams. This mission is pursued by promoting transformative programs, equipping youth with necessary tools and resources, inspiring them to dream big. We collaborate with local, regional, and international non-government or non-profit organization experts to co-create innovative and scalable educational projects aimed at making a lasting impact on the lives of youth and communities, both today and for generations to come.
In 2024, Stellantis cooperated with over 70 NGOs to support over 80 education-focused philanthropic projects across the world in communities where the Company operates.

We promote philanthropic programs in education
Stellantis supports the CERN Science Gateway, a cutting-edge facility for science education and outreach. The new center can host up to 500,000 visitors a year from across the world, free of charge. Visitors have the opportunity to appreciate interactive exhibitions and laboratories for hands-on experiments and immersive spaces. They are also able to treasure CERN’s scientific breakthroughs and technologies, learn about the history of the Universe and admire the mysteries of the quantum world.
Additionally, Stellantis has backed educational development programs through Fondazione Agnelli in Italy and the UK, and championed programs like the “Árvore da Vida” educational project near the Betim plant in Brazil, thereby improving opportunities and unlocking the future for younger generations in underserved communities.

We celebrate the value of learning
Each year, Stellantis Student Awards honors the children of Stellantis employees who demonstrate potential in contributing positively to society. The global program awards the winners monetary prizes to support their education and learning. In 2024, we recognized more than 660 recent high school and university graduates from 22 countries during a global online ceremony with Stellantis Chairman John Elkann.
We help our communities thrive
Stellantis Motor Citizens, our global employee volunteerism program, mobilizes the energy of our people into the communities we live and operate in. This program empowers employees to help their communities while contributing to positive wellbeing and team spirit. In 2024, nearly 6,000 Stellantis employees volunteered in a variety of activities that align with our core focus areas, inspired by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals: quality education, climate action and sustainable communities.
