People at the Core

A fair, accessible, and inclusive workplace where every employee can contribute fully.

Stellantis employees represent more than 160 nationalities across five regions. Guided by ethical leadership, equal opportunities, and inclusive ways of working, we aim to create an environment where all our employees can fully contribute. A stronger employee experience helps us better understand and serve our customers across markets.

The Stellantis Code of Conduct provides a common cornerstone for integrity, respect, and fairness across the Company, to maintain a workplace free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. This is the foundation of our approach, which is based on three principles: opportunity for all, inclusion at the core, and belonging.

Three Principles Guiding Our Actions

1. Opportunity for all
We support fair and transparent access to development, progression, and opportunity, grounded in capability, potential, and contribution.

2. Inclusion at the core
We embed inclusion into decision-making, leadership behaviors, and our systems – from talent processes to employee experience.

3. Belonging
We work to create a culture where people feel respected, heard, and able to contribute fully.

Global Principles, Local Action

Our approach combines global standards and governance with local context.

Regions adapt execution to local regulatory frameworks, expectations and cultural norms while maintaining alignment with our global principles.

Building Belonging Through Employee Engagement

In certain countries, Business Resource Groups (BRGs) and Philanthropy initiatives have been established to help employees connect, share experiences, and support engagement across Stellantis. They contribute to spread awareness and create connections among the community; create networking and sustain a sense of belonging; partner with local organizations to sustain volunteering and philanthropic initiatives.

Women of Stellantis is an employee network open to employees of all genders, in countries where the network operates. It helps people connect, learn from one another, and contribute to a more inclusive workplace. The network also provides insights and feedback that can help inform product development and support more meaningful customer experiences.

Another active BRG is the global DIVERSE.abilities network. It advocates for employees with disabilities, as well as for employees who care for family members with disabilities. The network helps share knowledge, break down barriers, promote accessibility and inclusive design, and challenge assumptions.

Stellantis Motor Citizens, our employee volunteering program, also strengthens belonging by giving employees opportunities to connect with one another while supporting local communities through volunteer and social impact initiatives.

Strengthening Accessibility Across the Employee Experience

Stellantis is advancing a global approach to accessibility by establishing common principles, governance and guidelines designed to reduce barriers and improve access across the employee experience.

Through collaboration across functions and regions, we are working to better integrate accessibility considerations into workplaces, tools, communications, and people processes, creating a more inclusive environment for all employees.

Inclusion as a Driver of Sustainable Performance

At Stellantis, different perspectives, skills, and backgrounds strengthen collaboration, innovation, and our ability to respond to customer needs across markets.

To unlock this value, we foster respectful workplaces where people can speak up, exchange ideas, and contribute to stronger solutions. By promoting fair access to opportunity, we support a culture where talent can grow and contribute to customer centricity and sustainable business performance.
