Stellantis nomina Joao Laranjo Chief Financial Officer

AMSTERDAM – Stellantis N.V. ha annunciato oggi la nomina di Joao Laranjo a Chief Financial Officer e membro del Leadership Team di Stellantis, con effetto immediato.

Laranjo succede a Doug Ostermann, che ha deciso di lasciare l’Azienda per motivi personali, e assumerà tutte le responsabilità precedentemente ricoperte da Ostermann.

Con oltre vent’anni di esperienza in finanza e revisione contabile in diversi mercati e una profonda conoscenza del settore automobilistico, Laranjo porta con sé una forte esperienza e leadership nella strategia finanziaria, nella pianificazione e nell’eccellenza operativa in un ambiente multiculturale. È entrato in Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) nel 2009, ricoprendo nel corso degli anni ruoli di crescente responsabilità in ambito di controllo finanziario e reporting, gestione del conto economico, tesoreria, pianificazione e analisi finanziaria, compliance e contabilità.

Laranjo ha iniziato la sua carriera in General Electric nel 2001, ricoprendo il ruolo di Associate Auditor e successivamente di Controller per GE Healthcare in Sud America. Nel 2009, è entrato in FCA come Chief Accounting Officer per l’America Latina, per poi diventare Chief Financial Officer della regione, dove ha svolto un ruolo importante nella trasformazione finanziaria e nella crescita regionale. Nel 2017, è stato nominato Chief Financial Officer di Stellantis North America. Nel 2024, è entrato in Goodyear come Vice President of Finance, guidando l’organizzazione Finance per le Americhe. È rientrato in Stellantis all’inizio di quest’anno come Chief Financial Officer di Stellantis North America, sotto la nuova gestione dell’Azienda.

Laranjo ha conseguito un MBA presso IBMEC in Brasile e l’Advanced Finance Program presso la Wharton School.

Stellantis conferma che la sua guidance finanziaria per il 2025, comunicata durante la conference call sui risultati del primo semestre del 29 luglio 2025, rimane invariata sotto tutti gli aspetti. La Società conferma inoltre che annuncerà le consegne e i ricavi del terzo trimestre 2025 il 30 ottobre 2025, come previsto.
