Just over a year after its creation, Stellantis presented its first long-term strategic plan: Dare Forward 2030. This challenging and ambitious plan is grounded in our century-long foundation with global diversity, a unique portfolio of brands, and operational excellence serving as the key differentiators propelling our Company forward.

With a community that spans 170 nationalities across all regions of the world, we are truly global while remaining deeply rooted in the communities in which we operate. Our global diversity is the driving force that enables us to answer perfectly to our fragmented world and increasing market segmentation.

The breadth and depth of our portfolio of iconic brands means that we are uniquely positioned to meet the evolving needs of all customers as they embrace electrification, connectivity, autonomous driving and shared ownership. We have a brand tailored to fit every customer need and we are capitalizing on this core strength with a strategy that includes: a product offensive of more than 100 launches over the plan period; maximizing the revenue potential of our premium and luxury brands; and a clear focus on the electrification of our portfolio. This strategy will enable us to improve our coverage of the market as well as reduce the average age of our products, with an offer of more than 75 full electric models by 2030.

We are on track to achieve 100% of the projected €5 billion of annual net cash merger synergies by the end of 2024 – one year ahead of plan. We are reducing complexity at all levels of the organization and managing our breakeven point at below 50% of 2021 consolidated vehicle shipments. Further boosting our operational excellence and speed of execution will enable us to continue investing in our products and future innovations, protecting the long-term future of both our Company and our people.
