Brigitte Courtehoux is Brand Chief Executive Officer of Free2move and was appointed to the Top Executive Team of Stellantis in January 2021. 

She has built her career, first during 3 years at “Electricité de France”, and then in the automotive industry at Groupe PSA, on operations, projects, quality and business fields.

She joined Groupe PSA in 1998 and held Planning and Quality Manager positions in various car projects.

In 2006, she became Chief of Staff of PSA Quality Director. In 2008 and 2009, she was Vice President Head of worldwide Quality Control Tower.

Between 2010 and 2013, as Global Project Director, she successfully managed and launched the Peugeot Crossover “2008” in the European, Latin American and Chinese markets.

In September 2013, she was appointed as Senior Vice President, head of Mobility and Connected Services Business Unit. She launched the Free2move brand in September 2016.

In 2018, she became Executive Vice President and a member of Groupe PSA’s Global Executive Committee. At the beginning of 2020, her scope of responsibility was enlarged with the Business Lab (Groupe PSA’s new business incubator).

Brigitte Courtehoux holds an engineering degree from the “Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble” and an Executive MBA from HEC Paris Business School.

Chris Feuell was appointed Chrysler Brand CEO and a member of Stellantis’ Top Executive Team in September 2021, in addition to being named head of Alfa Romeo Brand North America in December 2024. She previously served as Ram Brand CEO from June 2024.

Prior to joining Stellantis, Chris was Chief Commercial Officer at Honeywell Safety and Productivity Solutions.

She is a well-recognized senior executive with extensive global experience in automotive, supply chain automation and advanced building technologies industries.

During her career, she achieved progressive responsibilities in Sales, Marketing, Strategic Planning, Product Management and P&L Leadership at Ford Motor Company, Johnson Controls and Honeywell, with a strong track record of delivering profitable growth through integrated products, software and services. 

Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Michigan State University and completed executive development programs from the Wharton School of Business at University of Pennsylvania and Fuqua School of Business at Duke University (United States).

She also serves on the Michigan State University Eli Broad College of Business Advisory Board and is a non-executive director on the boards of The Boyd Group, LLC and Friends of the Children, Detroit.

Santo Ficili was appointed Brand CEO of Maserati and Alfa Romeo and a member of the Top Executive Team in October 2024.

Prior to this role, he was responsible for the Italian Market from the inception of Stellantis in early 2021.

Santo joined Fiat in 1987 after 3 years at the Lancia Business School. Beginning his career in the aftersales area of Fiat, he went on to hold roles of increasing responsibility gaining experience also in the commercial vehicle and passenger car sectors.

In 2015, he was appointed head of the EMEA region of Mopar, which included all aftersales activities for the Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) brands.

From 2019, he headed Business Center Italy for FCA and was responsible for the Company’s Sales Operations in the EMEA region. 

Olivier François is Brand Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Fiat and Abarth, Global Chief Marketing Officer and was appointed to the Top Executive Team of Stellantis in January 2021. In July 2023, he was also appointed CEO of DS Automobiles.

He has extensive work experience in business operations, sales and marketing including brand development and strategy.

Before joining Fiat in 2005, François worked in positions of increasing responsibility at Citroën.

He was the lead executive for the Lancia brand, a position he was named to in September 2005.

To enhance FCA brand effectiveness and further strengthen synergies within the company, from January 2009 to March 2013, François was the head of Brand Marketing Communication with responsibility for coordinating communication activities for all brands.

In October 2009, François was appointed President and CEO for the Chrysler brand, Chrysler Group LLC. He joined the company from Fiat Group Automobiles, where he was President and CEO for the Lancia brand. He was also the lead marketing executive at Chrysler Group with responsibility for marketing strategies, brand development and advertising for the Chrysler Group and Fiat Group Automobiles brands.

He was appointed Head of Fiat brand and Chief Marketing Officer and named a member of the FCA Group Executive Council in September 2011.

François holds a degree in economy, finance and marketing from Dauphine University (Paris) and a diploma from the IEP (Institute des Sciences Politiques) (Paris).

Florian Huettl was appointed Brand Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Opel and Vauxhall and a member of the Stellantis Top Executive Team in June 2022. In this position, he leads the commercial development of the only German brand and the only British brand in Stellantis’ portfolio and their transition into the electric era.

Previously, he was Head of Sales and Marketing for Opel and Vauxhall, as well as holding this responsibility for Enlarged Europe.

Huettl joined Stellantis in March 2021, after having successfully occupied various senior management positions in the automotive industry in different countries including the UK, Germany and Russia.

Huettl is an International Business Management graduate from the University of Applied Sciences in Bergisch-Gladbach, Germany.

Linda Jackson was appointed Brand Chief Executive Officer of Peugeot and a member of Stellantis’ Top Executive Team in January 2021.

From the United Kingdom to France, Linda Jackson has built her wide experience across the industry, notably with Finance and Commercial roles at Jaguar, Land Rover and Rover Group in which she went from Regional Financial Manager for Rover Europe in the late 90s to European Sales Finance Director for the MG Rover Group until the end of the year 2004, before joining Groupe PSA in 2005.

Linda’s first role within Groupe PSA was as Finance Director of Citroën UK, and then of Citroën France, from 2009 to 2010. She became CEO of Citroën UK and Ireland in July 2010.

In 2014, Linda was appointed as the Global CEO of the Citroën brand and member of the PSA Global Executive Committee.

In her 6 years as Global CEO of Citroën, from 2014, Linda succeeded in repositioning the brand, increasing sales and transforming Citroën into one of the most respected brands.

In January 2020, Linda was appointed to head up Mainstream Brand Portfolio Development at Groupe PSA, to clarify and ensure the differentiation of brands within the mainstream product portfolio.

Linda Jackson graduated with an MBA from the University of Warwick and spent her entire career in the automotive industry.

Thierry Koskas was appointed Citroën brand CEO in March 2023 and has served as a member of Stellantis’ Top Executive Team since January 2021.

Previously, he was Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, a position he held from January 2021 to May 2024.

Thierry started his career in 1990 as a Civil Servant in the North Region Government office in charge of nuclear safety, then in the Ministry of Industry as Industry General Director Chief of Staff. In 1995, he joined the Ministry of Agriculture as Advisor to the Minister.

In 1997, Thierry joined Renault Group where he held various positions, mainly in the Sales and Marketing Area. He started as New Distribution project manager, before moving to London as General Manager of Renault London City Branch. He then moved in 2000 to Hungary as Managing Director of the Renault NSC in Hungary.

In 2002, he returned to Renault Group HQ as VP, Sales Forecasting and Programming. In 2006, he was appointed as VP, Sales and Marketing for the Asia & Africa Region.

In 2009, he left the Sales and Marketing area and was appointed as Program Director for Electric Vehicles, where he led the development of Renault Group Electric Vehicles. In 2013, he was appointed Managing Director of Renault Argentina.

In 2016, he returned to Renault Group HQ as EVP, Sales and Marketing, and a member of the Executive Committee.

In 2019, he joined Groupe PSA as SVP, Sales and Marketing.

Thierry is a graduate in Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole des Mines de Paris (France).

Timothy Kuniskis was appointed Ram Brand CEO and a member of Stellantis’ Top Executive Team in December 2024. He previously served as Dodge Brand CEO from January 2021 and Ram Brand CEO from June 2023.

He has broad experience in sales, marketing, brand management and business operations.

Timothy joined the former Chrysler Corporation in 1992 and held a series of positions of increasing responsibility in the Company’s business center operations and marketing organization.

He became a member of FCA’s Group Executive Council (GEC) in October 2015. In addition, Timothy represented the Chrysler and Dodge brands on the GEC.

Timothy served as President and CEO, Dodge and SRT brands, FCA North America; and held the roles of Head of Fiat brand for North America; Head of Jeep Brand, North America and Head of Maserati.

He was named Global Head of Alfa Romeo in February 2018 and Head of Passenger Cars, North America in June 2019.

Timothy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from State University of New York (Albany, New York).

Matt McAlear was named Brand CEO for Dodge and a member of Stellantis’ Top Executive Team in June 2024. 

Prior to his current role, Matt was named Senior Vice President, Dodge Brand Global Sales and Marketing, in August 2023. He has also served as Head of Dodge Brand Sales Operations and Head of Maserati Field Sales Operations, among other roles. He first joined the Company in 2000, and returned in 2013, serving in positions of increasing responsibility focused on the Company’s product, marketing and sales operations.

Matt holds a bachelor’s degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in the U.S. 

Luca Napolitano was appointed Lancia Brand CEO and a member of Stellantis’ Top Executive Team in January 2021, in addition to being named head of Sales Operations for Enlarged Europe in December 2024. He was previously Chief Sales & Marketing Officer for Stellantis from June 2024.

He has significant experience in sales, marketing and brand operations.

After working in the Ford Italia Sales organization, he joined the Fiat Group in 2000 as a Business Management Manager in Italy and held various roles of increasing responsibility within the Sales and Marketing functions in Spain and Italy.

Luca has led several organizations including the Spain & Portugal Business Center Manager, EMEA Fleet Sales and EMEA Minor Markets.

Previously, he served as the Head of Network Development for the EMEA region where he worked closely with the Business Centers within the region to ensure the performance of the dealer network.

In 2017, he was appointed Head of Fiat and Abarth brands for FCA’s EMEA region, having served as the Head of the Fiat brand in EMEA from 2015.

Luca holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Rome (Italy).

Yves Bonnefont was appointed Chief Software Officer and a member of Stellantis’ Top Executive Team in January 2021.

He has developed his career in strategic and entrepreneurial roles in the field of automotive and high tech.

Before joining McKinsey, Yves had started a first tenure at PSA in manufacturing and project management. From 2001 to 2011, Yves was a partner at McKinsey. He served automotive as well as global high tech clients with a focus on product development across 3 continents.

He joined Groupe PSA in 2012 as Corporate Strategy Executive Vice-President.
In this position, he contributed to Groupe PSA’s turnaround plan, including brand differentiation strategy, and created the Connected Vehicle Business Unit which he held responsibility for until the creation of the Free2Move brand in 2016.
In 2013, he was in addition appointed Citroën deputy CEO in charge of DS product line.

From 2014 on, he concentrated on the creation of PSA premium brand serving as the first brand CEO for DS Automobiles.
In January 2020, he was appointed Executive Vice President in charge of high-end brands development in the context of the merger preparation.

He graduated from Ecole Centrale Paris.

Olivier Bourges was appointed Chief Customer Experience Officer in June 2024 and has served as a member of Stellantis’ Top Executive Team since January 2021.

Previously, he was Chief Planning Officer from January 2021 to June 2023 and head of the Global Corporate Office and Public Affairs Officer from July 2023 to May 2024.

Olivier joined PSA in 2014 as General Secretary of the Company. In 2018, he was appointed Executive Vice President in charge of Corporate Planning (company strategic planning and Business Development), Global Product Planning, Vehicle Programs management and Corporate CO₂ management. He was also responsible within the Global Executive Committee for sales finance activities.

Prior to joining PSA, he held several positions at Renault, mainly as Investor Relations Officer and Vehicles Program Controller, then as Corporate Controller, and at Nissan, he was responsible for Corporate Planning and Vehicle Program Management in North America.

He started his career at the French Treasury, where he held several positions in banking supervisory activities and in supervisory activities for state-owned companies. He also worked for the World Bank in Washington D.C.

Olivier is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and the Ecole Nationale d’Administration (France).

Xavier Chéreau was appointed head of Human Resources, ESG & Heritage in December 2024, and has been a member of Stellantis’ Top Executive Team from January 2021.

He has mainly built his career within the field of HR and has alternated between the head office and operations activities within different sites and divisions. These have included R&D, manufacturing and support functions, as well as running the prototype activity for three years.

He joined Groupe PSA in 1994 and subsequently held the position of Employment & Mobility Manager for Europe. He went on to become Social Relations Manager at the Poissy plant in France and then Head of Social Innovation and Management Institute within the Group.

In 2006, he was appointed Vice President, Director of Human Resources and Social Relations for the Trémery and powertrain plants. In 2009, he was appointed Senior Vice President, Industrial and R&D Division Human Resources. In 2010, he also took operational responsibility for the Engineering testing resources of the R&D department. From 2014 to 2015, he held the position of Director of Human Resources Development, Talents and Top Management.

In 2015, he was appointed Executive Vice President of Human Resources of the Group and member of the Global Executive Committee. In 2018, he was appointed Director of Human Resources and Transformation, a division that includes the Digital, IT and Real Estate departments, and as of 2020, Compliance and Audit.

After a Bachelor’s degree in Economic Management, Xavier completed his Master’s degree in Human Resources (Employment Management & Corporate Social Development) at the ‘Institut Sciences Politiques de Paris’, France.

Ned Curic was appointed Chief Technology Officer and a member of Stellantis’ Top Executive Team on August 30, 2021. As of July 2023, his scope of responsibility was expanded to include research and development activities and he was named Chief Engineering and Technology Officer.

From June 2017, Ned Curic was Vice President, Alexa Automotive at Amazon spearheading Amazon’s efforts in the Automotive industry.

Ned Curic started his career in 1996 in the field of Engineering Systems at Northrop Grumman, an American multinational aerospace and defense technology company.

After a short stint in the financial industry, in 2000 he joined Microsoft where he held various roles in Consulting, Product, Security and Advisory.

He entered the automotive sector in 2013, as Group Vice President & Chief Technology Officer at Toyota Motor North America and, in 2015, became Co-founder and Executive Vice-President, Technical Director and Board Member at Toyota Connected.

Ned Curic studied Informatics and Computer Science, and received a Master’s in Business Administration (Pepperdine University, George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management) in 2012.

Philippe de Rovira was appointed Chief Affiliates Officer for Sales Finance, Used Cars, Parts and Service and Retail Network and a member of Stellantis’ Top Executive Team in January 2021.

He joined Groupe PSA in 1998 where he held various positions in Corporate & Manufacturing Finance before acting as Financial Controller in the Madrid and Poissy plants.

In 2009, he became the Chief Financial Officer for Latin America and in 2012 Controller of the PSA Sales Division.

In 2013, he was appointed Senior Vice President and took responsibility for various functions of PSA Sales division, including B2B & Used Cars sales, Network Development & Quality of Service, CRM & Digital, Outbound Logistics and the management of car flow (Sales & Operations Planning).

In 2015, he was appointed Group Controller.

In 2017, after the acquisition by Groupe PSA, he joined Opel Vauxhall as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Opel Vauxhall Managing Board.

In 2018, he was appointed to the position of Group Chief Financial Officer as an Executive Vice President within the Group and a member of the Global Executive Committee. From 2018, he was also in charge of the Used Cars Business Unit.

Philippe de Rovira is a graduate of the ESSEC Business School based in Paris.

Arnaud Deboeuf is Chief Manufacturing and Supply Chain Officer for Stellantis and has been a member of the Top Executive Team since January 2021.

He has a background in upstream development activities: Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Program development and Purchasing, built in France and in South Korea.

He started his career at Renault in 1993 as Powertrain Process Engineer followed by a Manufacturing experience. In 2002, he joined Purchasing to take responsibility at Renault Samsung Motors (South Korea). He returned to France to develop Dacia Duster then the whole Global Access range as Programme Director for 7 years. In 2015, he was appointed Senior Vice President of Renault-Nissan Alliance CEO office.

He joined Groupe PSA in 2019 as Senior Vice President for Industrial Strategy.

In 2020, he was appointed Executive Vice President of Manufacturing and Supply Chain for Groupe PSA. In addition, he held global responsibility for the LCV business unit.

Arnaud Deboeuf is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique (Paris) and Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (Paris).

Giorgio Fossati was appointed General Counsel and a member of Stellantis’ Top Executive Team in January 2021.

He has an extensive background and deep experience as General Counsel and Secretary of the Board of Directors.

Fossati worked in positions of increasing responsibility in the legal departments at Fiat S.p.A. and Iveco S.p.A.

Giorgio Fossati served as General Counsel for Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. (FCA) since 2011. He also held the title of General Counsel for FCA’s Europe, Middle East and Africa region. Previously, he was General Counsel for Fiat Group Automobiles S.p.A.

He currently also serves on the Boards of Directors of FCA Partecipazioni S.p.A., Fiat Chrysler Risk Management S.p.A., FCA Poland S.A. and FCA Group Marketing S.p.A.

Fossati holds a master’s degree from the University of Turin School of Law (Italy).

Béatrice Foucher was appointed Chief Planning Officer in July 2023 and has served as a member of Stellantis’ Top Executive Team since January 2021.

Previously, she was Brand CEO for DS Automobiles, a position she held from January 2020.

She has built a strong and extensive expertise in the automotive industry with 30 years of experience in two major groups, within the departments of Quality, Product Planning, HR Talent Management and General Brand Development.

She joined the Renault Group in 1990 as Audit Quality Manager doing audits in plants before turning to the Client Surveys department.

This was followed by a move to the Product Planning department, where she successively held the positions of Chief of Product, Director of the Upper Range and ultimately Director of Product Planning between 2007 and 2012, where she managed the development of 5 brands. During those 5 years, Béatrice Foucher led the internationalization of the Group’s product range.

In 2012, she became VP of the Electric Vehicles Program, piloting development of 4 products, making technology choices, and leading planning and profitability.

Between 2015 and 2019, she served as VP of Talent Management for the Renault Nissan Alliance.

In 2019, she joined Groupe PSA as SVP of Talent Management before quickly being appointed CEO of DS Automobiles in 2020 and a member of Groupe PSA’s Global Executive Committee.

After a Master’s Degree in engineering in Agronomics Science at AgroParisTech, Béatrice Foucher completed a Master of Science in Quality and Audit at ESCP Business School & Centrale Supelec in France.

Ralph Gilles was appointed Chief Design Officer for the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Maserati and Fiat Latin America brands and a member of Stellantis’ Top Executive Team in January 2021.

He is responsible for shaping and directing design across each brand’s portfolio as it moves toward electrification.

He is extremely active inside and outside of the company. Gilles serves as the executive sponsor of the Stellantis African Ancestry Network Diaspora and the Working Parents Network, in addition to playing a supporting role with the Stellantis Global Diversity Council. He serves as chair of the Ambassador’s Club for the United Way for Southeastern Michigan. At his alma mater, College for Creative Studies (CCS) in Detroit, Gilles serves as a member of the CCS board of trustees.

An avid car enthusiast who enjoys spending time at the track, go-karting and watching Formula 1 auto racing, Gilles has participated in the Targa Newfoundland Rally, the Car and Driver One Lap of America and the SRT Viper Cup Series. In addition, he frequently serves as a judge at various Concours d’Elegance events across the country, including Pebble Beach, Amelia Island and the EyesOn Design car show.

Gilles has earned numerous academic and industry awards, including the 2023 EyesOn Design Lifetime Achievement Award, Michigan State University Eli Broad Graduate School of Management Young Alumni Achievement Award, Automotive Hall of Fame Young Leadership & Excellence Award, NV Magazine Innovation Award, Black Engineer of the Year President’s Award and N’Digo Foundation N’Design Award.

Davide Grasso is Chief Heritage Officer and has been a member of the Top Executive Team of Stellantis since January 2021. Previously, he served as Brand Chief Executive Officer of Maserati.

He has significant experience in commercial and operations management as well as global brand management.

Grasso has held a series of positions with increasing responsibility within Nike including Chief Marketing Officer. He also has led teams in Europe, the Americas and Asia. He joined Nike in 1993.

He also served as CEO for Converse, Inc., a subsidiary of Nike, Inc., where he engineered the iconic brand for long-term sustainable growth.

Grasso was named Chief Operating Officer of Maserati in July 2019 with responsibility for overall commercial and financial performance and for driving the operating success of the brand across all global markets. He also was appointed a member of the FCA Group Executive Council in July 2019.

He holds a Master’s degree from Bocconi University – Milan Graduate School of Management (Italy) and a Bachelor’s degree in business and economics from the University of Turin (Italy).

Clara Ingen-Housz was appointed head of Global Corporate Affairs and Communications in December 2024 and a member of Stellantis’ Top Executive Team in June 2024.

Before joining Stellantis in 2024, she served as Chief Ethics, Compliance & Privacy Officer and Group Legal Counsel for Competition Law, Anticorruption and Economic Sanctions at Saint-Gobain starting in 2019.

From 2010, Clara was based in Hong Kong where she led, as a partner at Linklaters, the firm’s Asia Pacific competition law practice. Previously, she practiced law in New York for 10 years at Sullivan & Cromwell and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, focusing on antitrust and international arbitration. For two years, she was also a member of the European Commission’s Legal Service (Competition team) in Brussels.

A French and Dutch national, Clara is a graduate of Paris II-Panthéon Assas School of Law in Paris and Harvard Law School in the U.S. She also holds an economics degree from Sciences Po in Paris. Clara is admitted to the New York, Paris and Hong Kong Bars.

Doug Ostermann was appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in October 2024 and has been a member of Stellantis’ Top Executive Team since November 2023.

Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Strategy for China until his appointment as Chief Operating Officer for Stellantis China in November 2023.

Doug joined Fiat Chrysler Automobiles as Group Treasurer in 2016 and later headed Global Business Development before holding his current position. Before joining FCA, Doug held numerous roles at Archer Daniels Midland Company, including as Group Treasurer and Corporate Officer, from 2004 until 2016.

Doug began his career at General Motors in the product planning staff and went on to hold various positions in marketing, advertising, brand management and field sales in the US and later at Opel in Germany.  After returning to the United States, he held various positions at the New York Treasurer’s Office at General Motors through early 2004.

Doug holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, United States.

Maxime Picat is Chief Purchasing and Supplier Quality Officer and has served as a member of Stellantis’ Top Executive Team since January 2021.

Previously, he was Chief Operating Officer for Enlarged Europe, a position he held since the creation of Stellantis in January 2021.

Picat joined Groupe PSA in 1998 and has a broad industrial experience. After various jobs in manufacturing in Mulhouse, he became manufacturing manager at the Group’s Sochaux plant before being appointed as managing Director for the manufacturing facility of Wuhan, China, in 2007.

In 2011, he was appointed Managing Director of DongFeng Peugeot Citroën Automobiles (DPCA) in China, having previously held the role of Deputy Managing Director between 2008 and January 2011.

In 2012, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer for the Peugeot Brand.

From 2016 to January 2021, he was Executive Vice President for Europe and a member of Groupe PSA’s Managing Board.

Picat is a civil engineering graduate from the Ecole des Mines Paris.

Jean-Pierre Ploué was appointed Chief Design Officer for the Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Citroën, DS Automobiles, Fiat Europe, Lancia, Opel, Peugeot and Vauxhall brands and a member of Stellantis’ Top Executive Team in January 2021.

He has built his entire career path within the automotive industry and has alternated between different strategic roles for multiple brands: Renault, Volkswagen, Ford, Citroën, Peugeot and DS Automobiles.

Jean-Pierre Ploué joined Groupe PSA in 2000 and subsequently held the position of Citroën Design Director in the new Automotive Design Network building at Vélizy. He went on to become Head of Design for Groupe PSA in 2008. He was the initiator of the DS product line in 2006, paving the way for the introduction of the new premium brand at Groupe PSA in 2014: DS Automobiles.

In 2010, Jean-Pierre Ploué was attached to the Chairman of Groupe PSA Managing Board as Chief Design & Creative Strategy Officer.
In this role, he became the guardian of differentiation in brand styling and guaranteed coherence between the various brand design identities and strategies.

Jean-Pierre Ploué became the Senior Vice President Design for Groupe PSA in 2016.

He has been awarded several times for the high quality of his work and received notably the Louis Vuitton Classic Design Award for several concept cars including GTbyCITROËN and C-Métisse. In addition, he received the exceptional distinction: ‘Man of the Year’ awarded by the Journal de l’Automobile (French Automobile Magazine) in 2008.

Jean-Pierre Ploué was top of his graduation class for the Master’s degree at the ENSAAMA School of Fine Arts and Design in Paris, France in 1985.
